Love to cook. I started my passion for cooking since I began working at an Italian restaurant in midtown throughout my college years. The suspense of prepping food, spicing up the right ingredients, marinating, frying, grilling, sautéing, baking and all that hot stuff naturally releases some kind of dopamine and content into my state of mind. It’s just a reward and bonus if your food comes out well and even better when your friends compliment on your great work. Mmm mmm gooood.
I could eat almost anything from that sweet brown sugar to spicy thai peppers but I tend to stay away from lamb, liver, durian because it’s just not my cup of tea.
